We will do our best to settle all the questions concerning the refund as soon as possible and will be grateful for your feedback.
After receiving your request and inspecting the circumstances, we will process your refund within 10 days.
Refunds are possible only for the lessons which you have not yet had. Refunds for past lessons are not possible.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Refunds are also guaranteed in the following situations:
cancellation of the course by us for any reason;
you cancelling your subscription for the next month.
